Sellable7 is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers from around the country with a focus on home and property goods. 

What countries is Sellable7 available in?

Currently, we operate in the USA and Canada, but we’ll be expanding to the United Kingdom soon. 

What items do we sell or focus on?

Sellable7 is primarily focused on home and property goods, including furniture and decor, athletic equipment, and more. 

What do we require for identification verification?

To get verified, we require an upload of a government-issued photo ID that states the user’s full name and date of birth. In some cases, we may require a face scan for further verification. We also run background checks on users before they can qualify for our trusted users badge.  

Can I trust Sellable7?

Sellable7 puts numerous safeguards in place to ensure the security of our users. All our site-trusted buyers and sellers have been vetted by our team and we require identity verification to prevent fraudulent transactions. 

Where does Sellable7 ship?

We currently offer on-site shipping options for items under 10 lbs being shipped within the USA and Canada. 

What is the Sellable7 return policy?

As a third-party marketplace, Sellable7’s on-site sellers decide their return policies. However, our team is ready to assist you with your orders in any way they can.

Why do transactions require so much information?i

To ensure the security of our users, we require an established date, time, and location for in-person sales before a transaction is completed. 

Are there any fees for buying and selling on Sellable7?

Sellable7 doesn’t charge any listing fees. We also don’t require any fees for in-person payments. For orders paid for through the site, we take a small 2.5% commission. 

How can I provide feedback for a buyer/seller?

Once a sale is complete, both the buyer and the seller will be prompted to leave feedback. For in-person transactions, a sale is complete once the date and time of a meeting has passed. For shipping transactions, a sale is complete once the item has been delivered or marked as received. 

I never received my package. What is it now?

If more than 48 hours have passed since the estimated delivery time, you can report the issue directly on the site or in the app. We’ll verify the status of your package and help you however we can. 

Are all prices final?

Buyers are free to make offers on any products sold through Sellable7. However, it’s up to our sellers to accept/reject any offers below the listed price. 

Can I change my listing?

As a seller, you can individually edit or even delete any listings on your profile. Simply select the item you’d like to change, make any modifications you need, and click “save.” 

What payment methods are accepted?

All on-site payments can be made using PayPal and most credit/debit cards. Sellers and buyers can agree on the best method for in-person payments. 

How can I find a specific item?

Sellable7’s search feature allows users to seek out specific brands and products. For the best results, we also recommend using our search filters, which can narrow items by category, price range, vicinity, and more. 

Are items on Sellable7 used or new?

Vendors on Sellable7 sell a variety of items ranging from used to brand new. To check the quality of an item, simply select a listing and scroll to the item details. To ensure continued trust between buyers and sellers, we always recommend including photos of any flaws an item might have and leaving accurate descriptions of previous use
