What can’t be sold on Sellable7

Though we offer users the chance to buy and sell a wide variety of items, there are a few things that we don’t allow on the platform. These include:

● Firearms, explosives, tasers, pepper sprays, and other self-defense/weapons items that can’t be shipped and are not legal in all places.

● Stolen items.

● Items intended for drug use.

● Counterfeit goods. (This includes items that infringe on copyrights and trademarks)

● Items meant to promote terrorism, hate, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.

● Medicinal, veterinary, and dietary products that can only be obtained via the recommendation of a doctor.

● Medical devices such as tests, UV lamps, aerosol therapy devices, dental tools, lasers, sleep aid devices, and more.

● Items containing animal or human remains (leather goods are acceptable).

● Other items that would violate laws and regulations in the area of the buyer and/or the seller.

Sellable7, as a third-party marketplace, doesn’t take any responsibility for the items posted by its members. However, we will take action against those who knowingly break site regulations.

By listing on Sellable7, vendors are declaring that all items conform to our user restrictions. Any vendors flagged for posting and selling any of the above items will have their account restricted for verification. Sellable7 will retain any outstanding funds and permanently delete any account that has been confirmed to sell or purchase prohibited items. All pending transactions will be automatically canceled.
