Sellable7’s Return Policy


To make Sellable7 a secure place for buyers and sellers, we have instated the following policy for refunds and returns.


● In-person pick-up transactions do not qualify for returns through Sellable7. If an item has issues or problems, the seller may decide to accept a buyer’s return/refund request. In the case of in-app/on-site payments for in-person orders, all funds will be held in escrow until the transaction has been successfully completed. This applies to items shipped through means other than Sellable7’s integrated options as well.

● A refund and return request may be made for items shipped through Sellable7’s integrated shipping options in the case of issues or inaccurate descriptions. This request must be made within 48 hours, or the transaction will be automatically marked as “successful,” and all pending funds will be released to the vendor for that order. Any returns or refunds requested after this time are at the discretion of the seller.


Sellable7 will do whatever we can to resolve any issues, but we do not take responsibility for situations outside of those mentioned above.
